What to do with your left over steak? Heating it up is OUT of the question…because who likes well done meat? ewww. The only way I will eat left over steak is to slice it up and put it in a salad.

Ingredients:

left over steak

1 c loosely packed spinach

small handful of fresh basil

1/4 cucumber

1/4 tomatoes, diced or into wedges

1 tsp minced shallots

sea salt and black pepper

Dressing

1.5 Tbsp organic gluten free soy sauce

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 drop doTERRA lemongrass essential oil

1/2 Tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp fish sauce

1 tsp chilli garlic sauce

squirt of agave

*use coconut aminos for paleo option. Whole 30 if you replace the soy sauce and remove agave

Directions:

1. In your mini food processor mix all dressing ingredients together.

2. Slice up your meat and chop your veggies.

3. Toss your salad together, pour dressing over top and sprinkle on minced shallots. Add sea salt and pepper if you would like!
