‘Chai’ shake with Slim and Sassy Trim Shake

Ingredients:

1/2 c water,

1 drops cinnamon bark oil

1 drop cardamom oil

sprinkle cinnamon

2 pinches of ginger

2 pinches cloves

dash of pepper

2 scoops vanilla Trim Shake

1/2 c almond milk

Directions:

1. Blend it all together in your blender!

**don’t overdo it on the cinnamon oil it’s suuuuper strong!!

Slim and Sassy Trim shake:

– Helps control stress- induced appetite, over eating & carb craving
