Healthy Carmel Corn


Its the NCAA finals tonight!! Who are you cheering for?! I’m cheering for Duke! Here is a quick simple treat you can make for the game!! Have fun!


9 cups popped popcorn

1/4 c coconut oil

1/4 c honey

3/4 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp sea salt

* for vegan option use maple syrup


1. In a sauce pan add all ingredients (except the popcorn) and let them melt.

2. Bring to a boil and let it cook for about 1 minute while you continually stir.

3. Pour sauce over popcorn and enjoy!
