|| curried tuna, sans tuna ||


made with chickpeas instead! i got this idea from an instagram friend @avibrantlife and like she says… It may sound kinda funky but don’t knock it till you try it- it’s delicious! it honestly tastes way good!! and beans are an amazing cancer fighting food- so eat up! i first tried it with my homemade paleo bread but it is also great in a wrap, with crackers or with veggies. 

ingredients
1 can of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained 
1 carrot, shredded
1 celery stock,finely chopped 
some green onion finely chopped 
1 tbsp mayo 
1 tsp yellow mustard
2 tsp dried mustard
 3 tsp curry powder 
1/4 raisins or dried cranberries 
sea salt 

directions
1. using a food processor, mash the beans
2. add the rest of the ingredients and pulse together till everything is mixed together 

** you can add more mustard, curry powder to taste
