|| double chocolate chip cranberry cookies w/ coconut flour ||

milk and cookies… ya dig?!

1/3 c coconut oil
1/3 c + 1 tbsp of agave nectar 
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3.5 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 c cocoa powder
 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt 
1/2 c dark chocolate chips
1/3 c dried cranberries

1. preheat oven to 350f 
2. mix together coconut oil & agave nectar 
3. slowly add eggs to the mixture 
4. add vanilla, coconut flour & cocoa powder and mix well 

5. add baking soda & salt 
6. stir in dark chocolate chips & dried cranberries 
7. line baking sheet with parchment paper- drop cookies by spoonfuls onto cookies sheet at least 2 inches apart ** cookies spread out thin and almost double in size 
8. bake for 12 minutes 
9. once cookies have cooled a bit place on cooling rack and pop them in the freezer. they soften to the likeness of a pancakes fast and this helps them become a bit crisp but not rock hard * makes about 14 cookies
