|| nut-ola ||

made the best ‘granola’ minus the grains. i could eat this for daaaaays.

ingredients
almonds
pecans
walnuts
sunflower seeds
pumpkin seeds
unsweetened shredded coconut
medjool dates
hemp hearts
coconut oil
maple syrup
cinnamon
himalayan pink salt


directions
1. pre- heat oven to 200f
2. pulse almonds in a food processor to chop them up a bit. add pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds and continue to pulse a bit more
3. transfer nuts to a bowl & add shredded coconut, chopped dates & hemp hearts
4. drizzle melted coconut oil & maple syrup into bowl and combine
5. add a generous amount of cinnamon onto nutola mixture
6. spread on baking sheet lined with parchment paper & sprinkle with himalayan pink salt
7. bake for about 4 hours mixing every 30 minutes
8. before removing from the oven broil for 2 minutes
