|| egg wraps||

1 egg
2 eggs whites
splash of almond milk
olive oil

1. whisk together egg, egg whites & almond milk together
2. heat some oil in a small frying pan so the egg doesn’t stick
3. pour a thin layer of the egg mixture and cook like a tortilla till golden brown. once the edges of the ‘tortilla’ start to brown and curl a bit, flip over and cook in pan for a bit longer

* makes enough for 2 wraps
** i filled my eggs wraps with sautéed kale, spinach, acorn squash, yellow peppers cilantro, minced garlic, chipotle chilli pepper, sea salt &pepper with a bit of olive oil
