|| roasted carrots ||

olive oil
sea salt & pepper
lemon juice

1. pre- heat oven to 400f
2. slice carrots lengthwise fairly thin
3. drizzle olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt & pepper
4. for for about 25 mins 
5.  while carrots are baking mix some tahini, lemon juice and a bit of water till you have a liquidy consistancy that you can drizzle as a dressing over the carrots. add a bit of sea salt & pepper at the end
switch to broil if desired to make the carrots a bit crispy- watch them carefully! remove from the oven and drizzle with dressing
