directions

1.  fry an egg in coconut oil
2.  in the same pan add left over steamed carrots, fresh spinach & cilantro. saute for a couple of minutes
3. top off with homemade pesto (fresh basil, oregeno, mince garlic, evoo, black pepper, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, sea salt, parmesan cheese & spinach
