|| coconut macaroons||

happy easter friends!! i hope you all have a beautiful celebrating with friends and family!

4 eggs whites
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp stevia
3 c shredded unsweetened coconut
1/3 melted coconut butter
1/4 c melted dark chocolate
1/4 c melted milk chocolate

1. preheat oven to 350f
2. whisk egg whites, salt & stevia with electric mixer till frothy
3. pour shredded unsweetened coconut flakes into egg white mixture & stir just until moistened
4. mix in melted coconut butter & stir until combined
5. use an ice cream scoop to scoop batter ( pack it in well) & place on parchment paper on baking sheet
6. bake 20 mins until golden brown
7. once completely cooled drizzle with chocolate ( i used dark & milk bernard callebaut, but you can use raw chocolate or whatever you would like!)
