|| roasted garlic & rosemary cauliflower mash ||

to be honest i don’t really like mashed potatoes so when i discovered these it changed my life! haha maybe thats a little extreme but i love them!! and they are super easy! you can make them so many different ways by switching up the spices and ingredients but this is one way i have made them….

1 head of cauliflower
1 bulb of garlic
olive oil
3 sprigs of fresh rosemary (more or less depending on your taste)
1/4 almond milk
sea salt & pepper

1. pre- heat the oven to 350f
2. cut off the cop of the bulb of garlic and drizzle with olive oil. wrap in tin foil and let bake for 25-30 minutes
3. cut cauliflower into florets and steam till tender. once steamed lay cauliflower onto tea towel and dry a bit
4. add cauliflower, garlic, almond milk, rosemary, sea salt, pepper and about 1 tsp of olive oil to food processor and mix till it is all mashed
