wings are my favorite…so clearly march madness calls for chicken wangzz! 

chicken wings 
hy’s seasoning salt

2 c coconut milk (full fat)
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp dried dill
1 tbsp gluten free mustard
1 tsp paprika


chicken wings
1. pre- heat oven to 350f
2. baste chicken wings with franks hot sauce and sprinkle with hy’s seasoning salt
3.flip wings over after 30 mins. baste with more hot sauce and sprinkle more seasoning salt. bake for 30 more minutes or until desired crispiness

1. add everything to a bowl & stir until well combined. chill until served
