|| peanut butter cups ||

1/3 c coconut oil
1/3 cocoa powder
maple syrup (or agave nectar)

1. place cupcake liners in muffin tin
2. mix melted coconut oil,  cocoa powder & maple syrup according to how sweet you like your chocolate
3. pour a bit of chocolate into cupcake liner & freeze for 5 minutes
4. add a dollop of peanut butter & cover with the rest of the melted chocolate
5. freeze for 15 minutes! 

** could also use any other kind of nut butter!
