i’ve always love eating bok choy at chinese restaurants! i finally bought this powerhouse veggies & cooked it myself! it’s super easy to cook and tastes delicious!
head of boy choy
1 minced garlic clove
1. rinse boy choy
2. place in frying pan with garlic. no need to add any liquid- the water from rinsing the boy choy is plenty
3. cover and like cook until tender
4. sprinkle with sesame seeds & serve hot!
