|| ‘nice’ cream sundae ||

celebrating the 120th anniversary of the ice cream sundae right! i am obsessed with this banana ice cream and can’t wait to try tons of different flavours! it is the perfect guilt free dessert!

5 frozen bananas
1.5 ripe banana
8 frozen strawberries
12 fresh strawberries
2 medjool dates
cocoa powder
1.5 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cocoa powder
agave nectar
crushed almonds (or any nut you prefer)

1. melt coconut oil, add cocoa powder and agave nectar according to how sweet you would like the chocolate sauce
2. blend 9 fresh strawberries in blender for your strawberry sauce
3. in the food processor mix 2 frozen bananas, 1/2 ripe banana & vanilla. scoop into bowl. you want to move quickly when making the other flavors so your ice cream doesn’t melt
4. mix 1 frozen bananas, 8 frozen strawberries, 3 ripe strawberries. add to bowl
5.  mix 2 frozen bananas, 1/2 ripe banana, 2 medjool dates & cocoa to taste depending on how chocolaty you would like your ice cream. add to bowl
6. top with strawberry sauce, chocolate sauce & nuts. go ahead & add any other toppings you would like! 🙂

**i was super craving vanilla ice cream so this was an experiment. to be honest the vanilla flavor wasn’t that great… i will probably try something different next time!
